Compensation claims become statute-barred after five years as long as they are not based on a violation of life, body, health or freedom. These claims for damages shall become statute-barred indefinitely within ten years. The statute of limitation shall not apply to claims based on an intentional or improper negligent breach of duty by the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to prove higher damages.
